[cisco-voip] Call Forwarding in Huntgroups

Hi

I am running CM 4.2(3)sr2b and use "Attendant Console Pilot Points/Hunt
Groups" and "Route Plan Hunt Groups".

Forwarding a phone in the hg to a different number to force the whole hg
to be divereted doesnt work, the forwarding rules get ignored.... boo

At the end of the working day, one huntgroup of five users want to forward
all calls to a different phone (night shift managers) - they dont want
voicemail at all.

I have solved this by removing the hg and putting the pilot point onto the
first phone and then forwarding the first phone to the second phone (in
the event of busy/unanswered), the second to the third etc, so at the end
of the night the first phone is simply forwarded onto a different phone.

This is not ideal as any user could change forwarding settings breaking
the loop, someone could forget to forward, its also not as easy to
administer as you have to look at every phone to find out the full picture
etc.

Does anyone else have any other config ideas, would be greatly
appreciated? or if v5 / 6 fixes this?

Thanks

Sam
