[cisco-voip] When is the database updated during a 6.1 upgrade?

During the upgrade/install, the system migrates the data from the A
partition to the upgrade B partition...
This copy becomes static and is not updated ever again.
Those changes are lost... I would have had them do a running log of
changes so they could add them to the new system...
