[cisco-voip] Unblocking Call Blocking

what kind of VGW? I'm using a H323 and I have a route pattern of 9. that
passes the caller ID, but I have one that is set to 3. and it blocks caller
ID. maybe a way to do it. Is this a PRI or POTS?
