[cisco-voip] Shared Lines and Voicemail mixup

I have a user who has been configured with a 7914 side card with about 8
shared lines on it.
When this user presses the Voicemail key it takes them to one of the 8
shared lines voicemail, randomly.   The users has the first extension set as
the primary extension.  We are using CUCM 6.1 and Unity Connection 2.0.
Anyone experience this, is there a way to lock the phones voicemail button
to only go to one extensions VM?
