[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1 Upgrade and IBM MCS

The battle continues. I was able to replace the moboard tonight, and now the
bios and the cucm setup both say 3400, but the hardware validation process
in the 6.1 install still doesn't like something about the cpu. I've tried
with hyper threading enabled and disabled.
