[cisco-voip] Cisco Fax Server/ Resource Unavailable / MGCP H323

Hi,

I did several time no mgcp /mgcp with no effects, but I will check all 
your recommendations. We are also running ATA boxes, which will need fax 
passthrough. Or do they support t38 now?
