[cisco-voip] CUPS issue with AD

Hi,
did you choose the right LDAP type (Drop down menu with Microsoft and Netscape LDAP) in CUPS->CUPC->Settings?
The UserID in the CUCM must exactly match the samaccountname in AD. The attributes, that you can change in CUPS, are case sensitive.
I got the same error with Lotus LDAP:

Checking the attributes with an LDAP Browser against the CUPS settings helped me solving the problem.
HTH!
regards,
Gregor
