[cisco-voip] call center queue overflow group

I am using CM4.1.3sr5d, with (CRS)IPCC Express 4.0.4, and have a  JTAPI
group with 10 CTI ports setup as my call center queue.  I need to take
calls that are in the queue longer than 4 minutes and transfer them to a
backup hunt group that is already created.  Does anyone know if this is
possible and how to do it?
