Hi,
I got to throw the Initialization wizard and it gives me the following
error:
Can you tell me the relationship of compatible versions between CM and
CUE?
Thanks,
Regards

Hi,
This is my CUE version
CUE01> show software versions
Installed Packages:
- Installer 2.2.1
- Thirdparty 2.3.2
- Bootloader (Primary) 2.1.2
- Infrastructure 2.3.4
- Global 2.3.4
- GPL Infrastructure 2.3.0
- Voice Mail 2.3.2
- Bootloader (Secondary) 2.1.2
- Core 2.3.4
- Auto Attendant 2.3.0
How can I use the Initialization Wizard to connect Call Manger 6.0 to
CUE?
Thanks

Are your CTI ports and RPs associated to the jtapi user that CUE uses?
I would use the Initialization wizard as it is much easier and only take
a few minutes.

Hi,
I have a problem to integrate Unity Express with Call Manager 6.0.
I have configured my Unity Express via CLI, and I have created the CTI
ports and CTI Route points but these ports do not register in the Call
Manager. I do not know what the problem can be.
Attached my Unity Express configuration.
as soon as possible It is a urgent subject
Thanks
Regards
