Is very confusing and now is just cannot get it to listen to some agents
I remove the agent desktop

Make sure I have enable span to pc port and is not working I do not know
where to look anymore

Trying to compare one phone setting with another and seem to me is fine.

What do I have to do to make works is weird that some user will be
working and others not

Please help with this the supervisor is killing me

Thanks'

David

David,

Barge-in allows you to force yourself into the call and make it a
conference call. The voice monitor features allows you to silently
listen to an agent call through your PC. Confused me too!
