[cisco-voip] lookup caller name?

Caller name from PSTN calls isn't a problem - we have a separate PRI for
the Cisco.

   PSTN <---3xPRI---> Nortel
                       ^
                       |
                      PRI
                       |
                       v
   PSTN <----PRI----> CM

A call from a Cisco phone to a Nortel extension displays the caller's name
and number just fine, but when a Nortel phone calls a Cisco extension the
Nortel only sends the caller's number.

Our Nortel vendor says we need to upgrade our release to "3B" - at a price
of over $50k in order to send the name down the PRI!

Any ideas entertained... the closest thing I've found is this:

Thanks!
