[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP with Outlook dial from contacts on CUCM v6

I was able to make this work too at one point but it's not now, we're
running CUCM 6.1 and when I go into the Outlook (2007) dialing options
to select a line my two choices are IPCONF LINE and H323 LINE. Our CFO
keeps bugging us about this but we haven't found a way to make it work
reliably yet. I looked at my traces and I don't see anything in them
that could help explain this. Does anybody have this piece working?

In TSP configuration turn traces up to detailed. Repeate test. Review
trace. What does it say?
