[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP with Outlook dial from contacts on CUCM v6

Hi Rossella,
From your logs:
ProviderOpen() *ERROR* Directory login failed. Check user name and
login in TSP configuration.
Please check the username and password/pin you are trying to use. I'm a
bit fuzzy if the TSP requires password or PIN. Either way your user
authentication is failing.
Just a couple other points:
1. make sure the line on the devcie you are attempting to control has
'enabled cti control' set
2. make sure the user is a member of the cti group
