[cisco-voip] Cisco 7911 SIP Firmware & MWI

I am using SIP firmware 8.3.4 SR1 on a 7906 and MWI works fine with 
Asterisk (1.4.19).  It's most likely an issue with your XML file.  I 
followed instructions found on voip-info.org and had great success.
