[cisco-voip] Multi Voice ports with one Dial-peer

[new look]

Dear All,
Please can any one help me by the commands needed to assign multiple voice ports with only one dial-peer
 
i mean at the below example to configure only one dial peer with parameter grouping all voice ports as all of dial peer 11,12 and 13 is contain the same parameters.
 
voice-port 0/1/1
 !
voice-port 0/1/2
 !
voice-port 0/1/3
! 
dial-peer voice 11 pots
 destination-pattern 9.T
 port 0/1/1
!
dial-peer voice 12 pots
 destination-pattern 9.T
 port 0/1/2
!
dial-peer voice 13 pots
 destination-pattern 9.T
 port 0/1/3
!
