[cisco-voip] IPCC CAD login Problem

Dear All,
I have CCM 4.2(3) and IPCC 4.0(1)
I installed the IPCC and configuer it
when I tried to login using the Cisco Agent Desktop I got this massage "The ID you entered was not found"
can any One help me to solve this problem
