[cisco-voip] Cisco Supervisor Desktop Recording

Dear All,
I'm using IPCC 4.0(1) and the Cisco Supervisor Desktop ver is 6.1(1) I tried to record but I cant it gives me an error massage as unable to start record for the Cisco Desktop Agent (whosw I choised).
So can please any tell me the right proceduer to record any call for any Agent.
