[cisco-voip] Upgrading CRA 3.1(3) to 3.5(4) Problem

I've had this happen, and had to restart my install. Have you tried
restarting your upgrade?

I wouldn't know what to look for either as I don't support CRA.  I'd say
start at the bottom and look for anything ugly.

 

If in doubt, open a TAC SR.
