[cisco-voip] H323 gateway / Unity

On the first problem, it sounds like there is a possible
codec-mismatch between the PSTN gateway and Unity.

For the second problem,  you need to offset the schedule in Unity for
the remote site Call Handler so it plays at the appropriate times for
that location.
