As far as I know the redirect function only works in combination IPMA. Using
IPMA you can set the redirect number from the IP Phone's menu of from the
IPMA console.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Redirect Softkey on Ring In
Hi everybody,
I'm settiing up CUCM 6.1.2 and I got the Redirect Softkey on some phones
when somebody Ring In. But when I press it I get the "This key is not active
here!" message.
Can somebody give me an advice on how to activate it and also what is its
real function.
I'm guessing it should give me the option to redirect the incomming call to
an extension of my choise.
Thanks in advance...
