[cisco-voip] Call History has been deleted

What would cause the Call History on a Cisco IP Phone to be deleted or 
removed?  This is the directories page where Missed, Recieved and Placed 
call information is stored.
I've got a user who complains this is being deleted but I'm unable to 
recreate the issue on my phone.

Call Manager v6.1.2
Cisco IP Phone 7941
