[cisco-voip] strange behaviour after 4.1.3 to 6.1.2 upgrade !!!

Sinisa,

Does this problem persist after a reboot of the CallManager cluster?

If you have changed the IP address of the publisher server, make sure the
subscribers have been updated with this new information and then rebooted
for the change to take effect.
