[cisco-voip] CUE and CCM integration issue

Hello !

I just didi it last week :)
you have to configure
- a CTI route point on the callmanager,
- some CTI ports on the callmanger (with DN)
- a jtapi user with CTI enable on the call manager
- associtate all together on the call manger
- import the CTIs on the CUE
