[cisco-voip] 7911 stuck in upgrade process(CSCsg07708)

Dear all,
One of our customers have 7911 phones and they seem to hit
Bug-CSCsg07708. Tried to the recovery process and in-fact I have
waited for more than 30min for the IP Phone to come-up again but in
vain. Phone seem to do nothing but the MWI light blink after some time
period and there is nothing on phone display for any kind of activity.
