multiple discussion on this list around that topic. start with a packet
capture from the back of the phone to observe the time delta between
connected state and OpenReceiveChannelAck and StartMediaTransmission
messages.

one-way), and the network is perfect. Alongside this, the CUCM
utilization is pretty low - no issues there either.
Other than raising a case with TAC, has anyone come across this before?
