[cisco-voip] mgcp BRI failure

What version of IOS are you running?

What does the debug mgcp packet show?

Upgrading your IOS and CallManager would be good steps to try. For more info
on what the problem might be you'd need the additional MGCP debugs, and
possibly CallManager traces.
