[cisco-voip] CUE GUI

I'm now having an issue with the module constatly re booting after running
the 'service-module service-engine 1/0 session'.command itr gets to the
Enter Administrator user ID and then reboots and goes through the
initializing process again.  Anyone had this before could the module be
faulty?
