[cisco-voip] Enable faststart for H323 gateway

Hi guys,
I am using CUCM 6.01 and created a gateway by using H.323. I enabled the faststart in the gateway configuration page but it doesn't take effect. The H.323 Gateway always got Fast start Off and Tunnelling Off and the calls all failed.
Can any body tell me how to enable Fast start and Tunnelling?
