Try this number instead: 01133158045858

The number you are calling is not a valid US to France number.

I'm checking with telco, but assume this is failing because of the
type/plan.

 

For MGCP is the Plan/Type set in ccmadmin? Can it be set in Route
Pattern 011! somewhere?
