Hi all,
IPCC Express 4.x
The problem is that the customer has changed their IP address through the
Cisco procedure that was provided to them, however
When they download the CDA and install it, the LDAP Host 1 in the registry
is showing the old IP address. Which means they cannot log in..
If you attempt to change the LDAP Host 1 IP once installed the CDA
automatically changes it once it connects to the server (I assume that is
downloads the new registry word?)
Unless I'm not understanding by what the customer is saying, but from my
knowledge the LDAP Host 1 should be pointing to the CCM DC Directory (DCD
has been confirmed).
I've managed to put a bandaid on by changing the LDAP Host 2 to point to the
new IPCC Express IP Address, this works fine.
I guess my underlying question is:
Where does the LDAP Host 1 IP address come from when starting up the CDA?
Thanks for all the help!
Johnny
