There is some good documentation out on cisco.com regarding upgrading from 4
to 6. Look under the support link and drill down to the installation/upgrade
docs for Unified Communications Manager. Another good resource is the SRND
for callmanager 6 (www.cisco.com/go/srnd I think)
Also might be of assistance is www.ciscoknowledgenetwork.com. there are some
great, free, presentations on various topics about CCM6
definitely want to look over the AD integration, I haven't had to mess with
it myself but from your list there I think that is the item that has changed
the most.
