Chris,

You got it! Thanks for the info and the help. Not sure how I missed the patch other than we did not have any 7961's at the time.

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

The phone load you are running is not a DST patched phone load. So I don't think you applied all the required DST patches. The issue you described sounds similar to
CSCsi09102.

I remember the DST patches last year, and did apply the ones the pertained to this version of CM. There is always the chance that something was missed. As far as SR's yes there are ones to be applied (scheduled for our next maintenance window in fact.)

I guess I was mostly curious because it only affected one site out of 5 and the site that was affected uses the same date/time group as 2 sites that were not affected. And that just rebooting the phones fixed the issue, which would indicate to me the date/time group was correct. Also there are three other sites that register to that subscriber though they are all in different time zones and it only affected the CT.

Like I said, just curious as to what may have happened. I appreciate every ones input and I will look back at the DT patches and see if something was missed.

Thanks
Mark

Are there any service releases on the following:

4.1(3)
2000.4.5a

There was a huge set of DST patches that were published last march due to the change in US DST shifts (3 weeks earlier and 1 week later). I would say by looking at the phone load and these versions above, that you probably don't have most of these DST patches.

Sorry, forgot to mention that rebooting the phones corrected the time.

Check whether those subscribers are set to adjust the time automatically for DST (assuming they are Windows CCM).

Hi all,

I had a weird instance occur on Monday. One of our offices opened and noticed that the time on most of their phones (80%) was off by an hour. This office is located in the Central Time Zone. We have other offices in the CT that were not off at all. All offices in the CT use the same date/time group. The only difference between these 2 locations is the server they register to. I checked and the server times are within 15 seconds of each other. All of our other offices in PT, MT ET were fine as well and they also register to one of these two servers.

Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark
