[cisco-voip] Adding resources to an MRG: When do they become active?

Is the DevicePool / Region config in CallManager ok for the newly added
xcoder?
Does "show sccp all" show that it has the right codecs advertised and the
right number of sessions?
Have you tried doing "no sccp" then "sccp" on the new transcoder just to
make it register again?
As long as you reset from the MRGL you should start using the new xcoder
device if everything is configured properly. If it's in the same MRG as the
other devices it will get round robined.
To figure out why it isn't working might require looking at some CallManager
traces after double checking all the config.
