[cisco-voip] CME B-ACD and AA problem

No,
Phones are not configured to be logged-in/out. The hunt group is
working fine when the pilot number is dialed. I even tried the example
config that comes with b-acd and aa readme file and that one is not
working as well. Same problem phone(s) show " 1 call in queue" and the
light on handset blinks.
