[cisco-voip] TAC case open on CM

I've had similar problems with that list before. I've just put in a serial
number for one of my MCS servers and opened the case under the SNT contract
for the hardware. It at least gets the case opened up. I'm assuming someone
checks on the back end to make sure I actually have ESW for callmanager
before they queue up the SR with that group.
