[cisco-voip] hunt group and call-forward all

Hello,

If I have this config setup so these three extensions ring when a call
comes into the pilot number, but one of the phones has call-forward
all set, it will not ring on the phone number that it is
call-forwarded to unless you call that phone directly.  Is this a bug?
