Was it a bug in the specific load or was something else happening?

What ccm version and phone load? I remember a ccm 5 install i did that had this intermittent problem with the receptionist's phone. It ended up being phone load prob.

No problem on the hijack. When we install a new system we usually have
the administrator use the CUE GUI, which obviously must be kicked off
manually. However, it would be nice to be able to auto script it
somehow.

Good afternoon,

We are testing the Right Fax solution using Captaris.
The way we set up is a gateway with H.323 protocol. The problem is that Captaris does not support access code for Long Distance. Is there a way to set the access code in the Gateway Dial peer? or somewhere else,

Thanks,

I just had a report of this myself. User said it just randomly happens and there are no other incoming calls at the time (ruling out autoselect)

We are having an intermittent problem with calls coming in and no ability to transfer them.

The softkeys at times available are ONLY: Redial, CFwdALL, or New
Call. (the normal Hold, EndCall, Transfer and More do not appear).

There were no other calls coming in and no one else was on any of the other lines at the time.

Any ideas??

Thank you...

Need a little more info.

is RTP packets going across the WAN via G729? This would be a problem
change to G711.

are all your Faxes, just dumb faxes? eg. they only fax at 14.4k? or can
they fax Super G3 33.6k? might be a trying to fax at 33.6 if the other fax
supports it. Work around turn off Super G3 on all your Fax machines and
also turn off Error correction Mode (ECM)

do you have a VGW set to Fax Relay? all VGW should be set to Fax
passthrough.

hope that helps
