[cisco-voip] MAC address for filling out UCSS

Maybe so. I've heard others that refer to them as "the Licensing
Nazis" but i've somehow always had pretty good luck. Just a few weeks
ago I emailed licensing to try to get a temp license for some
additional unity subscribers, as my permanent PAK number hadn't
shipped yet. I included my Cisco sales order number and explained my
situation. I received my PERMANENT PAK number in just over an hour.
The TAC agent had looked up my sales order and the order had in fact
shipped and therefore they were able to find the actual permanent PAK
key. I went to www.cisco.com/go/license and registered my new PAK key
and had my permanent license key within 5 minutes.
Hopefully "licensing karma" won't catch up with me.
