[cisco-voip] Agent Desktop Issue

I've also seen the report window in CAD do that when they have
something else running on the PC that uses Crystal Reports libraries
of a different version then the ones the CAD report function uses. It
was awhile ago but we had to basically delete the other version of the
crystal report DLLs/etc so the system just had the one and things were
fine.
