[cisco-voip] HUge CDR_log.LDF File

you must include cdr when perfoming backup. this allows sql to shrink
the transaction log.
it is the same issue as
CSCea55522 art_log.ldf file grows very large, CAR records may stop
purging
only against the cdr database instead of art database.
take a backup of cdr database. log file should shrink. if not, there
are manual steps to shrink it.
