Why not use the moh-usb-audio= which has RCA inputs?

Subject: [cisco-voip] RCA to RJ-45

I have a customer that wants to stream from satellite radio feed. They
say they have purchased the service to do this. Their old system used an
small RCA type connection. I suppose I need an E&M card to do this but
is there an adaptor or some pin out diagram to convert the RCA
connection to an RJ-45 for the E&M card?
