[cisco-voip] CUCMBE: Call Queue/B-ACD

Hello,

I have a question regarding a CUCMBE solution.
Requirement is:
a call queue, where the caller hears music until someone picks the call.
If more the 3 callers calls this pilot, the caller should here a greating
(ex:"we are busy, please call later") and than the call disconnects.

Can this scenario be built with Unity Connection?
Is B-ACD in combination with CUCM a possible option, or is a CME system
needed for B-ACD?

Since this will be a rather small installation, UCCX is not an option.
