When the customer dials out he passes 7047474900 to Telco switch but my callerid shows 7047473200 his main billing number. He opened a ticket with BellSouth/AT&T Telco who told him the plan/type being wrong causes the wrong number to show up. They used to have 1 main number but now have 3 divisions, each having their own main number and Telco had told him previously these numbers were ready to advertise out PRI. I setup 3 CSSs with Route Lists having external mask.
This Telco tech’s advice doesn’t sound right to me, I believe that type/plan doesn’t affect calling party number delivery and Telco person is looking at the wrong thing….Anyone disagree?

I placed a trouble ticket to AT&T on the Caller ID issue. In looking at our debug they said that the "Plan" and "Type" should be 'national' or 'E164'.
