Hi,

If you all remember there has always been some known issue in in CCM CDRs.
According to Cisco CDR Definition documentation up until CCM v.3.3.4 these
two issues were listed as follows:

Transferred Calls
The call that results from a transfer appears as a call from the transferred
party (party B) to the
destination party (party C) in the CDR. The transferred party (party B)
becomes the originator of the
final call and is charged for the call even though party A placed the
original call.

And

End-of-Call Records
The Cisco Unified CallManager only generates end-of-call records. You cannot
see records of calls in
progress.

Now for those who are CDR experts out there, I wonder are these two issues
still there? Especially that the section" Known Issues" disappeared
starting CUCM 5.x up to CUCM 7.x in the CDR documentation posted by Cisco.
Any ideas?
