Do you plan on reusing the phone? I don't delete phones unless the phone
has gone dead physically, I usually just rename them to either the new
employee or something like open phone. Regardless either option is done
from Device, Phone in CCM Admin. Users are in User Management, End
Users.

The employee not longer working here and I need to remove the phone and
his username from the system
