Queue length as in time or number of callers in queue? I believe you're
asking about number of callers.
You need to use a 'get reporting statistic' in the script and surround
your call transfer logic around that.

I want to create a IPCC script for ICD. If the queue length greater than
1, it will transfer to an extension
But I have not find any parameter related to queue length. Can anyone
help me to give me more advice.
