[cisco-voip] IPCC Script about Queue Length

Hi Turpin

 

I am talking about, if first callers call ICD, the second call cannot call
ICD as caller 1 is already in used of ICD, the queue length will be 1, then
2nd caller will forward the call to other extension.

 

Is it related get reporting statistic ?

Queue length as in time or number of callers in queue?  I believe you're
asking about number of callers.

You need to use a 'get reporting statistic' in the script and surround your
call transfer logic around that.

I want to create a IPCC script for ICD. If the queue length greater than 1,
it will transfer to an extension

 

But I have not find any parameter related to queue length. Can anyone help
me to give me more advice.
