[cisco-voip] Check for Agents Logged In

We are running IPCC Enhanced 4.0(5). Is there a way in the script to check
to see if there are any agents logged in? Not necessarily in the ready
state because they could be taking care of other callers but if no agents
are logged in, it would seem logical to just send the caller to voicemail.
