What troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far? Are you using MGCP or Skinny?

Ok. I built my Line group just like my
Unity ports and assigned my group of VG ports
I built the Hunt list just like my Unity
HL.
I built the Hunt Pilot just like my Unity
HP.
Still fast busy on the Hunt Pilot.
I went back and deleted the VG ports and
added an IP phone for test and the HP still gets fast busy.
Am I missing something?

Thanks.
I took a breath and looked back at
everything. I got it working with IP phone extensions, but it still goes
fast busy with Analog VG ports.
I am going to go the Hunt List route like
the Unity ports and see how that works. Thanks.

with AC config corrected
then restart the AC service. since these are analog ports there may be
interesting issues with monitoring line state via CTI.
your best bet is to go with the more native hunt pilot/hunt list/linegroup
configuration. this is all built into ccm.exe natively and does not
depend on any CTI integration.

I found that finally, and it did not seem to help. When
I associated it, it went from a fast busy to acting like it was stuck.
Don’t remember the details.
I may try the hunt list setup like I have
for my Unity and see how that works.
I just need a single incoming number to
roll to 8 analog lines on my VG224 that will be connected to a server for some
download tasks. It worked a while back in my test but not now.
Thanks.

AC? did you
associate to the AC user? Is the AC user CTI enabled? Do you have
other functional AC Pilot Points?

I ran into this
before and 'logged into hunt group' was unchecked on the vg ports. After
checking it, calls work as expecte

Hello
I am trying to create a simple hunt group to some ports on
my vg224.
I tested this before with regular IP phones and it worked
fine.
I copied an existing, working Hunt Pilot and assigned
members to the group as usual.
The new one rings fast busy. I can’t figure out
what I am missing, or if something is broken.
Any help is appreciated.
