You didn't mention what version of CUCM you are running but in general
you just need to set the calling/connected line presentation to
Restricted on the route pattern. To hit the route pattern you can use
a copy of your existing one in a partition only these phones can reach
or use an access code to allow any phone to set the CLID as restricted.

We have our voice gateway’s Calling Party Transformation programmed to
“Use Calling Party’s External Phone Number Mask” and then in the
calling party mask we have programmed the 10 digit area code; nxx; and
4 XXXX’s. Works like a charm but now we want to be able to mask
numbers programmed for Priviate Lines on specific sets so that all
that shows is PRIVATE and no number display. Because our PRI are
programmed with a default number display which is the number of our
Security Department, that is the number that displays if we do not
fill out the “External Phone Number Mask” on the DN Config.
Is there a way around this?
